The Path to Happiness Change Your Beliefs and Attitudes to be Happier and Healthier |

The Path to Happiness . . . We tend to believe that it is what happens to us
that causes our stress and makes us happy or unhappy. But it is really
what we tell ourselves about what happens to us that leads to our state
of mind -- happy or unhappy; stressed or at peace. So much of our misery is
caused by our beliefs -- particularly about how things should be. If we
change these beliefs, we can be happier and experience less stress.
The Path to Happiness The Path to Happiness: Change Your Beliefs and Attitudes to be Happier and Healthier is a one-day personal growth workshop program offered by the Center for Applied Psychology of Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Molly L. Stranahan, Psy.D. is the program designer and workshop leader. What Happens . . . Participate in a small-group workshop where you will
receive individual attention and the opportunity to identify your particular
issues. Limited to no more than 8 participants, ample time will be devoted
to applying what you learn. How will your life be different? By following the simple techniques taught in The Path to Happiness, you will gain control of things within your power to change -- many of which you think are out of your control. And you will let go of the struggle to change (or worry about) what is not in your control. You will discover that "serenity is not freedom from the storm, but peace within the storm." You will leave the seminar with the knowledge and tools to be a happier and healthier person. If you would like to learn more about The Path to Happiness or attend. . .
